Terms & Conditions

These terms describe website use and service communications through Trades Front Office (TFO), operated by Sinteag Ventures, Inc.

Effective October 13, 2026.

Our role

Contractors contract with TFO for front-office services. Within the agreed scope, TFO can communicate with a contractor's customers on that contractor's behalf. The contractor remains responsible for the trade work, service decisions, pricing, and commitments it authorizes. Your contractor agreement and any separate TFO service agreement continue to govern their respective services; this page does not replace them.

SMS Terms

TFO service messaging is a means of communicating about requested or scheduled services. Where messaging is enabled and you have agreed to receive it, messages may include scheduling confirmations, day-before and same-day reminders, expected arrival windows, crew delays, weather-related changes, rescheduling, cancellations, and other relevant service updates. Messages may be sent by an Operator or approved automation and identify the relevant contractor or TFO service.

You may choose SMS, email, or both, where available. SMS consent is voluntary and is not a condition of purchasing contractor services. Providing a phone number, booking a service, visiting this site, or accepting general terms does not by itself give permission for automated text messages.

For programs where verbal opt-in is permitted, you can explicitly agree to receive service texts during a scheduling or service conversation with your contractor or a TFO Operator. The conversation must identify who will send the messages and why, explain messaging frequency, potential message and data charges, and how to stop messages or get help, and make these terms and the privacy policy available. The Operator records your affirmative agreement, its date, and its source before enabling eligible messages. Written or other additional confirmation must be obtained when required by the applicable messaging program, provider, or law.

Your permission covers the identified service and sender. It does not authorize unrelated promotional texts or communications for other contractors. Each channel's eligibility is handled independently; an SMS opt-out cannot be bypassed by changing your preference to SMS plus email.

Frequency and charges

Message frequency varies with your service schedule and changes. A scheduled occurrence may produce a confirmation, a day-before reminder, and a same-day notice; delays, cancellations, or rescheduling may require additional notices. Message and data rates may apply. Your mobile carrier determines any messaging or data charges under your plan.

Stopping SMS and changing preferences

Reply STOP to a service text to opt out of that messaging program. You may receive one confirmation of the opt-out. You can also ask your contractor or TFO to change your preferences. SMS consent and email consent are separate; tell us if you want both stopped. Withdrawing SMS consent does not cancel your appointment or contractor service, and you can arrange another method of communication.

A request to restart texts requires the applicable consent checks; it does not automatically clear a Do Not Contact instruction. Please notify your contractor or TFO if your number changes or no longer belongs to you.

Help and service questions

For help with a message, an appointment, or your communication choices, contact your contractor using the contact details provided with your booking. Direct TFO clients should use the TFO contact provided during onboarding. A text reply is not a guarantee that a requested schedule change has been accepted; confirm changes with the responsible office. Do not use this messaging service for emergencies.

Availability and delivery

SMS is available only after the relevant provider, sender registration, delivery configuration, and consent checks are in place. Publishing these terms does not activate messaging or enroll a recipient. Message delivery and timing depend on carrier and network availability and are not guaranteed. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. An expected service window is an estimate, not a guaranteed arrival time.

Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle contact details, service information, preferences, and consent history. We do not sell or share SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

Website information

Public pricing and fit-assessment recommendations are starting points, not binding quotes. Final scope and fees are established in the applicable service agreement. Please provide accurate information when requesting service and do not submit passwords or payment-card details through website assessments or text messages.
