We collect what is needed to assess and operate the service.

Website submissions

When you complete the contractor fit assessment or book a call, Trades Front Office stores the business and contact details you provide, your operating answers, the resulting package recommendation, and the booking details. This information is used to assess fit, prepare for onboarding, and follow up about the requested service.

Optional website metadata

If you ask us to check your business website, the server reads that submitted website and may suggest straightforward public metadata such as the page title, description, published phone number, or published email. Suggestions require confirmation and do not silently overwrite what you entered. TFO does not scrape Google Search or Google Business through this feature.

Security and access

Administrative records are restricted to authenticated operators. Credentials and administrator secrets are stored through server-side Cloudflare bindings and are not delivered to the browser. We do not request or store payment-card data through this site.

Service providers

The site is designed for Cloudflare Pages, Functions, and D1. Optional field-service, phone, or calendar integrations are not active unless they are separately authorized and configured.

Questions or corrections

Use the contact method provided during your TFO onboarding conversation to ask for a correction or deletion. A public privacy contact address has not yet been approved for publication.
